Hello everyone!
Thank you to everyone who followed the page after the unofficial launch via Reddit. It's only upwards from here.

The first major thing I've accomplished I'd like to share is that Flaming River Studios is now on multiple different social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. I plan on sharing information about the system and the lore, as well as maybe other things like developer streams and Q&As on YouTube. I also have a mailing list - I plan on releasing most devlogs through there, so make sure to follow all of my pages and join my mailing list. I plan on spending the next week or so while I'm on break uploading daily shortform content to each of the platforms to build them up a little bit, and then I'm going to get started formatting and publishing the Player's Handbook.

The good news is - the player's handbook is basically done! I have about 200 pages of Google Docs already written out. The current name of the game is formatting and creating art for it while I build a community around the game. That's something you can help with too - make sure to let everyone who might be interested in this game to follow and join all the socials and such. Creating a community around DeepSpace will be the best way to get it moving and out there. 

I'll end this off with a little teaser of the last class that will be in the Handbook that wasn't in the Quickstart Guide - a Medium Support class. I won't spoil much, but you can see it comes with a useful little tool that can be very helpful in tactical battles. Keep an eye out for a Discord server, too - with any luck I plan on hosting playtest nights for the community!
